Group Trip to Taizé
For Teenies and Young Adults 15–35
August 02–09 2026
The ecumenical Communauté is located in a small village between Dijon and Lyon. Since the 1970s, thousands of young people from all over the world have been visiting the monks every year to share a week of community, singing and work. The core of the simple daily routine in Taizé are the three musical services, during which heart-opening songs are sung in many languages.
As an excursion organised by the Zenith Institute, our trip offers the opportunity to see friends from camp again, literally camp together, share new experiences and discuss them. Don’t worry: you don’t have to be Christian, and nothing on the program is mandatory. Apart from us, there will be between 1,000 and 3,000 international teenagers and young adults there.
The age range of 15-35 is set by Taizé. Since we are coming from different directions, we will not be travelling together as a group. We will actively support you, especially the parents, with the planning, and there is the option of travelling with Gemma or Nori. The participation fee is €220. Contact and registration via info@zenithinstitute.com.
Gemma and Nori have both led the Children’s Tent in recent years and work with youth groups in- and outside of Zenith programs. You can read more about them on the Team page.
“Come in large numbers! Send us your kids! We’re looking forward to this adventure with you.” – Gemma & Nori
