Planes of Existence
Online sessions with Aziz Dikeulias
via Zoom, Saturday October 24th 2026 and Sunday, October 25th, 2026,
14:00 – 16:00 Central European Time (1 pm to 3 pm UK)
Dear beloved friends,
Zenith is organising two Zoom sessions with Aziz on Saturday, October 24th 2026 and Sunday, October 25th, 2026, from 14:00 – 16:00 CEST (1 pm to 3 pm UK). The theme we will study and explore is the planes of existence. We will map these dimensions of being onto the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our existence.
This is very useful in our everyday life, as part of opening inner dimensions of further awareness. The planes give you a way to locate what kind of problem you’re having.
Nasut-level friction is bodily — hunger, fatigue, physical tension, and it needs a bodily response, not analysis. Malakut-level friction is emotional/imaginal — you’re caught in a feeling-image, a story you’re rehearsing, and it needs something like zikr or a shift of attention, not more thinking. Jabarut-level friction is more will-and-identity — you’re fighting who you think you should be. Recognising which plane a disturbance is actually happening on, stops you from applying the wrong tool — trying to think your way out of a body problem, or trying to force your way out of an emotional one.
Apart of Sufi teachings, we will attune deeply to very carefully chosen music that takes us there without words. Aziz speaks English and is consecutively translated by Alia.
Join us – the program is free and doesn’t require registration. The Zoom link is found at the bottom of this page.
Aziz Dikeulias officially joined the Sufi Caravan in 1982 mainly because it mirrored his fundamental belief and knowledge of the unity of all religions. He has spent 40 years teaching Mathematics to Inner London teenagers, trying to inspire them through the indisputable logic and elegance of pure thinking, simultaneously discovering the elegance, logic and depth of Sufi teaching that went beyond the inability of rational thinking to resolve paradoxes.
Aziz is a senior teacher and guide of the Inayatiyya Sufi Order and has led retreats and workshops for 40 years in Europe and North Africa. He is a Siraj in the Universal Worship, teacher of the Dances of Universal Peace, mentor for retreat guides in training, and a friend to many seekers on the spiritual path. He has introduced a lot of pilgrims in retreats to deserts in Morocco, Sinai and the Sahara and simply lives for music.
Growing up in Greece, he is fully committed to the Delphi instruction of “Know Thyself” and helps people discover the divine strength or power that is beyond the dualism of praise and blame. This is the strength that naturally flows from intrinsic, essential worth.
